FREE SCHOOL MEAL VOUCHERS

Please be aware the DfE are not providing FSM vouchers to cover the May half term holiday.

RE-OPENING OF SCHOOLS

Please see letter above regarding re-opening to specific year groups on 8th June.

21st May 2020

Dear Parents/Carers

Thank you for informing us that your child will be returning to Stechford Primary School. As I am sure you are aware there are a lot of changes that need to be made to the school environment to make sure that it is as safe as possible for pupils, parents and staff.

Due to these changes we will not be in a position to reopen to F1, F2, Y1 and Y6 pupils until at least the 8th June.

We will shortly send you information about how the school day will run including drop off and pick up arrangements.

Thank you once again for your support

Mr R Rathbone

19th May 2020

Thank you to those who have responded to us regarding 1st June re-opening.

Please note the 1st of June is the earliest date we can re-open and this date may be delayed depending on the result of our risk assessment.

Please do not send your child into school unless you have emailed us or spoken to the school office directly.

Thank you.

Dear Parent/Carer

The Government have suggested that pupils in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 are encouraged to return to school on 1st June where there are no shielding concerns for the child or their household. However parents will not be fined if they choose to keep their children at home.

We would ask that packed lunches are provided from home as the kitchens will only be able to provide a very limited choice of cold food.

To allow us to plan can you please email enquiry@stechford.bham.sch.uk by Friday 15th May to inform us whether you wish your child to attend.

For more information please see FAQs below.

Yours faithfully

Mr R Rathbone
